Not surprisingly after last night's wind shift, it was a pretty but not especially birdy morning at Ft. Bayard Park. The highlight was a singing male WILSON'S WARBLER, a park first for me, bringing my park warbler list to 26. Given the habitat, it'll be a tough climb from here to 30!
Also worth mention, mainly because I forgot in my last post, are CEDAR WAXWINGS. They have been flying over in good numbers the last few days, with 2 small flocks totalling 22 today and many more on the birdy morning Friday.
