While showing some visitors around Monocacy National Battlefield this evening I
counted 10 (not so) Solitary Sandpipers around a small floodwater pool at
Gambrill Mill. Not a bad count here in shorebird starved Frederick Co. Also one
Spotted Sandpiper.
