The superintendent of Winchester homes told me that somebody had blocked him in looking for the Grasshopper Sparrows. So I asked him if there were any rules they needed to follow. He said just stay out of the grass and be aware that there are two houses on the driveway. I know this isn't a rare bird and everybody is already aware of being courtious around others property I am just posting to clear myself since he knows I'm a birder.
On a lighter note I had a Blue-winged Warbler in the field at another house on Offutt rd, and Edwards Fairy rd.
