A report (with photo) came into the ANS Voice about 9 pm tonight from a 
Keith and Beth Hamilton of some Black-bellied Whistling Ducks at Lake 
Churchill in Germantown. Photo looks good for 7, possibly 8 birds. I 
have to be at my kid's swim meet in Rockville by 7 AM tomorrow morning 
but will go to Lake Churchill at first light to see if I can confirm. 
Will post if I find them.
