Despite the rain I had a good couple of hours birding around Tuckahoe. I birded around the lake, the lake trail and the pee-wee trail from 0745 to about 1000.  I heard and/or saw 52 species, highlights for me were 3 Eastern Phoebes (one on the Queen Annes side), 1 Yellow-billed Cuckoo, 2 Kentucky Warblers on pee-wee trail, and 1 Warbling Vireo singing from the parking lot edge (the one w/ the boat ramp off of Crouse Mill rd.

I wish the rain would of held off for a little longer, but getting soaked within two hours was enough for me.
