Neotropic Cormorant Thurs afternoon

At 2:30 the cormorant was back on its log close to the MD shore and about 
200 yds upstream from Violettes Lock. Again, a kayak class flushed it, and 
this time it flew upriver towards Riley's Lock (Seneca).
 
I have seen it on this perch twice in nine days:
