Gail just pointed out that when you click on the link in the notice for the Rock Creek Park deer management plan, that item isn't actually on the list.

The NPS and other agencies often have trouble getting their ducks (deer?) in a row. Not enough staff, not enough budget. I'd say give it a couple of days. The same problem happened with the cell phone tower notices.

I will also contact the superintendent's office to let them know, but odds are they already know and just haven't been able to get it posted yet.
