While doing a two hour hawk watch in my yard this afternoon a bluish Budgerigar flew over my house. An obvious escaped bird, it was accompanied by an Eastern Kingbird. This is the second Budgerigar I have seen in Howard County (not counting inside Petco). Several years ago a white Budgerigar landed on my daughters foot and she caught it. One of her friends kept it as a pet for a couple of years. 



No migrant hawks and only 1 Turkey Vulture.
