The 3 Black-necked Stilts found by Thomas Ostrowski were still present at the
Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center (Horsehead) this morning. I believe this is a Queen Anne's County record.
7 of us including Jim Statz, Danny Poet, Joe Turner, Leslie Star, and Mike & Joy Bowen saw them. Other shorebirds seen were Semipalmated Plover, Spotted Sandpiper, Solitary Sandpiper, Greater Yellowlegs, Lesser Yellowlegs, Semipalmated Sandpiper, Least Sandpiper, Pectoral Sandpiper, Stilt Sandpiper, and Short-billed Dowitcher (Atlantic).
