I had a bird stop by on my backyard deck yesterday.? I only got a brief look at it, but it had unusual markings.? It looked somewhat like a robin in size & shape, but had a speckled breast.? Around the neck, there was a thin but very discernable white ring.? The beak looked fairly long, like an insect feeder, not a seed feeder.? Are there any thrush or similar varieties seen in this area that might match this description?? Thanks.
