At 6:55 this evening at NIH's Rockledge Drive facility in Bethesda, Dan 
saw a flock of  25-30 Common Nighthawks feeding over the stormwater 
retention pond near the parking area.  The birds were flying as low as 
15-20 feet above the ground for 15 minutes before slowly dispersing.
