Here in the Towson/Parkville area of Baltimore County it has been my experience to see Common Nighthawks beginning around mid August and ending around early to mid September.   My wife and I saw another group of 10 or so tonight.  Perhaps other MDOSPREY users can add more light as to the time frame of these wonderful bird's migration through Maryland.
