Thanks to all who submitted their opinion on this bird.  I had quite an array of answers.  Juvenile Song Sparrow had the most votes with others a close second. 

savannah sparrow 1
song sparrow juvenile 4
swamp sparrow juvenile 2
chipping sparrow juvenile 2
lincoln's sparrow 3
clay-colored sparrow 1

as well as these not votes:
definitely not Savannah 2 votes
definitely not Lincoln's 1 vote
