At 11:00 a.m. today (8/27) the Whimbrel was still at Central Sod farms,
along with large numbers of Killdeer and one Lesser Yellowlegs.  The bird
was best seen through a scope because it was foraging beyond the irrigation
pipes of the farthest south sod field of the place
