Took a Turkish fellow from Birding Pals to the Governors Bridge section of
the Patuxent River Park. We had pretty good luck before the rain came,
although 100% humidity kept fogging up my eye glasses. I'm sure I missed a few
IDs. The most common bird turned out to be YB Cuckoos! You always hear
them there, but I rarely see them. Today we say them 11 different times, all
over the property. Great looks too. Most appeared to be juveniles.
