Hi all,

After receiving a text from Robert Ostrowski reporting good warbler
diversity, I headed over to Governor Bridge Natural Area in PG county to see
what I could find. I ran into a nice mixed species warbler flock on the
river trail containing:

Northern Parula 2
Chestnut-sided Warbler 2
American Redstart 1
Prothonotary Warbler 1
Ovenbird 1
Kentucky Warbler 1
Canada Warbler 1

Also of note were 3 yellow billed cuckoos and a blue grosbeak.

I then headed over to Davidsonville Park across the river in AA county. The
baseball fields had loads of killdeer, chipping sparrows and bluebirds.
There was also a large flock of about 400 laughing gulls over the fields.
Back near the river I found a few more warblers including:

American Redstart 2
Prothonotary Warbler 1
Black and White Warbler 3
Northern Parula 2

Good Birding,
Chris Murray
