Hi folks

Spent 2.5 hours looking for weki but could only find several eaki with one or two great-cresteds.  Consolation was a least flycatcher and prairie warbler, both county birds.  Met walter ellison and nancy martin as I was leaving and they would search further--apparently without success since we haven't heard from them.

The Voice of the Naturalist has received a report of a Western Kingbird at Eastern Neck NWR on 9/5. It was "on a wire with Eastern Kingbirds along Bayview Rd to Butterfly trail.... Hawked an insect from a wire...."
