The Golden Plovers continue at the sod farm on John Brown Road outside of
Queenstown with several in close to breeding plumage. I think there were
about 15 Goldens there this morning (Sunday).
A Buff Breasted Sandpiper was seen briefly around 1000 am. I did not see it
but it was seen dropping down into the muddy field for a second and then
continued flying toward Rt. 301. I left about 10 am and other birders
remained to continue looking for it.
