I missed lots of warblers in tall treetops near the parking lot. I had hoped for more visible birds further down the trail, but the hawk may have been an inhibiting factor. There were more thrushes than I'd seen recently, but it was otherwise not noteworthy. (My best warbler days at this park so far were Aug. 30 and 31.)
