Phil, Emily and all:

I bet this is the same (African) Pied Crow that I saw on January 22 
this year at Southwest Area Park just south of Baltimore.  At that 
time it was in with a large mixed crow flock near the playground 
area.  I seem to remember that the bird had been spotted numerous 
times in the same general area.
