FYI.  Focus of the release is on new hunting opps, but we all know the quality of birding on many WMAs...  and this is a new one.

Maybe Jett will have to take a break for watching his hummingbird feeders??

CEDAR POINT WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA OPENS TO HUNTING
Cedar Point Wildlife Management Area<http://www.dnr.state.md.us/publiclands/southern/cedarpoint.asp> (WMA) is now open to hunting. The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) acquired the 1,926-acre property - located in the southwestern portion of Charles County - in March 2009. Hunting on Cedar Point WMA is in accordance with established season dates and bag limits, except for waterfowl. Waterfowl hunting at Cedar Point WMA will open Dec. 15.
