Hi, everyone,

After a brief chat just after noon with birder John Landers, who doesn't
have access to post, I decided to pass on the highlights of his post down-
town stint with the Lights Out program, at Cromwell V. St. Pk., where
he encountered quite birdy activity. The following are approximations:

Brown Thrasher~1
GC Kinglet~few
RC Kinglet~tons
BH Vireo~several
Myrtle W~lots
Palm W~nice group of 6
A Redstart~1 (?)
WC Sparrow~1
WT Sparrow~few
Lincoln's Sp~1
Swamp Sp~few

John had to quit, after his feet were soaked by the cold, misty WX.

Good birding to all,

Paul Noell

p.s. Can't resist (apologies to Norm): while watching PGA Eur. Portugal
Masters on Golf CH, saw a frame-filling head-on shot of what look-
ed like a Rufous Bushchat, a thrush-like bird.
