I went over to Triadelphia around 9:30 AM but was unable to relocate 
Bill Hill's Black Scoters.

There were several other rafts of ducks:  21 Bufflehead, 20 scaup sp, 3 Ruddy Ducks, and 10 Mallards.  As I was leaving, a Common Loon called and an Osprey dove into the water nearby.  Nice way to end the afternoon.
