Hi Everyone,

I just got news that Frode Jacobsen found a Black-headed Gull at the Ocean City Inlet.  Bill Hubick and Jim Green have seen it too and have observed it from Shantytown.  I only recently arrived at work, and now I think I'm going to have leave already!
