Louise Zemaitis just called to let me know that the gull is at a marina (Breezy something) about a mile down Ocean Drive, the last left before the bridge into town.  The marina is before you reach the toll bridge.  Most birders are showing up at the Lobster House and the locals are periodically stopping by to redirect them.  It's cold out there; dress warmly.
