Location correction: The Red-headed Woodpecker is actually 1 mile from the gate and 800 feet from where the road levels off, near a telephone pole with number 213590. I did not find the tree that the Red-headed is using to store food in; but I saw it charge a Pileated Woodpecker in the area.
