Bill, 

   My database shows only two previous records for Franklin's Gull in Worcester. One was seen by Rick Blom on a pelagic trip on Feb. 8, 1986 and the other was an immature seen by Michael O'Brien at Ocean City on Oct. 11, 1991.

Hi Everyone, 

I posted some photos of the FRANKLIN'S GULL found by myself, Mikey Lutmerding, Jim Brighton, and Mark Hoffman at the O.C. Inlet on Sunday, 11/29/2009. Watching it fly in off the ocean (and the excitement that followed) was quite memorable. Really cool bird!
