Seen in several flocks along MD 17 between Picnic Woods Road and the intersection with MD 383.  I was only able to observe one of the flocks closely, but saw no other birds mixed in.  Total # may have exceeded approached 50...fields are snow covered with (guessing) no more than 3 inches accumulation...
