At 2:30 4 Snow Geese (2 blues) were on the Potomac 3/4 mile upstream from 
Riley's Lock, with the golf course Canada flock. They had disappeared by the 
time Andy Martin got there.
 
At 3:15 a Surf Scoter was on Little Seneca Reservoir, between the 121 
bridge and the nature center.
