All, 

 

I had a single Male Common Goldeneye in what appeared to be eclipse plumage at the C&O canal in Williamsport. He was spotted looking up river from the bridge where there is a island that divides the river in two. Also seen were an adult Bald Eagle and single female Common Merganzer.
