Maren Gimpel and I just had the shrike on a small sapling along Kibler Rd about 200 meters north of the RT 544 intersection. This is well south of the area where the bird was previously. Most sightings (~20) have been from the 230 acres of restored grasslands along the Chester River, with a few recent sightings on Kibler Rd near the Round Top Rd intersection.

I have been taking GPS points of all of the NSHRs perches to map out it's territory and this new location extends the area this bird is covering tremendously. I am interested in all sightings of this bird (off list) with a description of the exact location of it's perch, this will help determine if the bird has established a new seperate territory or has one large one. I have been taking the points a day or two after the observation when the bird is no longer in the area, so I don't flush the bird each time. I have a nice territory map (over 30 waypoints) from last winter.

Thanks,
