Dear All

I have had a bunch of enquiries as to the exact location of the OC Warblers at the Anacostia Park since my post earlier today. If you drop this location into Google Maps then it should place a green marker on where the birds are:

38.869385,-76.999826

It is best to park to the west by the pump house and then walk east along the road and birds are in the weedy area and riparian scrubline to the left normally before you reach the culvert, in the first 200 yds or so of weed/hedge. They seem to spend most of their time in association with group of 30 or so White-throated Sparrows so are easy to pick up on.

Best of luck all,

Gary Allport
