Hains Point this morning (9-10 AM)...  Saw several large rafts of Scaup---far more Lesser than Greater Scaup.  There were 42+ on the channel side and 275+ on the Potomac.  In addition there were two Horned Grebe at the end of the Point and one off Ohio Drive opposite the soccer fields.
