I decided to swing by the Georgetown Reservoir this afternoon, and I
can say that I definitely can't claim Steve Hersey's luck. All I saw
were 13 Canada Geese, the ~50 Ring-Billed gulls, 2 each of Herring and
Greater Black Backed gulls, 1 LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL, and 2 female
COMMON GOLDENEYE. About 50 more ducks flew in a little after sunset,
but it was too dark to tell what they were. No Coast Guard boats or
machines guns anywhere in sight.

 Cheers,
