Winger West and Dave Brenneman called to report seeing a Snow Bunting at Point Lookout Lighthouse, St. Mary's County, this morning at 9:10 a.m. Sandy Farkas spotted the Snow Bunting in the gravel at side of the road, within 20 yards of chain link fence, at the turn-around at the lighthouse. (A Snow Bunting was also reported on 2/23/10 by Joe Hanfman).
