Hi all,
 
   Birded Lake Needwood some this morning before the winds got too hard; waterfowl numbers low, with several Hooded Merganser, Mallards, and Canada Geese. A  Red shouldered Hawk
was present vocalizing constantly.  I small flock of Eastern Bluebirds (7) in the vicinity.

  At Meadowside Nature Center, I made a brief stop, and noticed they've put up several snazzy new feeders, with squirrel baffles. Lots of well-fed Cardinals, Chickadees, Titmice, WB Nuthatches, Downies, Mourning Doves at this place, including the fattest White throated Sparrow I've ever seen.
