My apologies.  In my post I forgot to mention location.  The Shrike has actually been seen behind the 12608 Sedgewick Way Community building, near the dirt pile and impounded pond.  This location is where the bird, or perhaps a different bird, but assuming the same one, was seen in August.  I searched this area as well as the National Pike location and points in between.

Barry Marts has been emailing me regular updates on the Loggerhead Shrike in Hagerstown.  Apparently he has observed the bird at least twice this month, once on Feb 5 and again as recently as last Wednesday.
I went out there on Saturday and searched the whole area on off from 2-5 PM with no luck.  However, if others are still interested in seeing this bird, I'd recommend giving it a try, as undoubtedly it hasn't left the area and probably is ranging widely for food.  Continued updates may help provide additional info on its whereabouts.
