Late notice of a sighting Sunday February 28, 4:10 pm.
At 404 and the Delaware/Maryland line, just on the wrong side, there was a
single blue phase Ross's Goose. It was part of a very large gaggle of snow
geese (at least 1200) grazing on the south side of the highway. It's a very
handsome bird, looking exactly like the drawing in the 5th edition of the
Nat'l Geo guide.
