At Hains Point, here were 2-3 Fox Sparrows, very rusty, along the service  
road at the lower edge of the golf course.  There were also 2 Fox  Sparrows, 
somewhat browner (along with several Brown Creepers, Juncos and  Eastern 
Phoebes) at the DC WWI Memorial on the Mall.
