The Tufted Duck in QA County was giving great views from 8:15 to 8:45 this morning. ... Thanks, Ron! 
 
Oddly, there was also a LT Duck in amongst the scaup. 
 
Peter Kaestner called me at 9:30am to say that he and others were on the bird. Earlier, Peter had the (now-resident? :) ) Painted Bunting at the feeder in Bowie.
