Location: Oxbow Lake
Observation date: 3/30/10
Notes: I went to the Oxbow today looking for Caspian Terns (with no luck).
Met Jay Sheppard and Stan Arnold there. Jay had the Green-winged Teal Intergrade
in his scope, but it flew before Stan and I reached him. Jay later refound the
intergrade feeding with other Green-winged Teal at the mouth of the inlet
channel on the peninsula. Jay had a FOY PURPLE MARTIN and BARN SWALLOW. Stan
found about 10 PECTORAL SANDPIPER. It was mostly cloudy, cold (~46 degrees) and
winding (winds NW at 13 mph)
