One lonely Laughing Gull (FOS for DC, I believe) was hanging out with  
a hundred or so Ring-billed Gulls at the Hains Point Golf Course this  
afternoon.  I did a quick spin around to see if the rain brought in  
anything good.  I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near that area  
later this week - they are getting ready for hordes of cherry blossom  
peepers.

Tons of Double-Crested Cormorants everywhere but nothing of greater  
interest on the rivers as far as I could see.
