Greetings,

The Kent County Bird Club will hold a field trip to Terrapin Point Park,
on Kent Island, with extensions to points beyond such as the Chesapeake
Bay Environmental Center (Horsehead) this Saturday, 10 April. This small
natural area features a variety of habitat from woods to fields, ponds
and Bay frontage. With the good weather this week, migrants have been
arriving in a steady stream, so there should be some nice finds
including some early warblers, swallows, raptors, continuing sparrows,
and some water birds on the Bay.

We will meet folks at the Dollar General parking lot across from
the intersection of Spring St. and MD-213 in Chestertown at 8:00 AM.
Bring lunch and snacks and dress appropriately for this all-day trip. We
hope to see some of you on Saturday.
Good Birding,
Walter Ellison & Nancy Martin
