Had a Broad-winged Hawk in western Howard County, north of I-70 and just east of Rt 94 at 10:50 am today. It was about 300 feet above us and soaring in tight circles. Seen by Jeff Culler and me. About an hour before our sighting, Mike Kerwin saw a Broad-winged Hawk at Centennial Lake.
