The Ruff was still opposite the Osprey Cam along Wildlife Drive at 3:15 PM when we left. Viewing the bird was easy but looking toward the sun resulted in a lot of backlit photos. During the hour Gayle and I were there the Ruff was continually foraging on the mudflats or preening along the waters edge. We only noticed it make one threatening move toward a lesser Yellowlegs but otherwise it seemed happy to coexist with them. Eight Lesser Yellowlegs and two Dunlin were also present.

Many thanks to Mikey and all subsequent posters!!! We have been wanting to see this species for a long time.
