It's a fallout for the location ... we actually have migrants this morning!  It makes me wonder what I am missing in the real world.  
Our Gray Catbird has returned and has been singing for half an hour.  Just now I heard both a Yellow-rumped Warbler and a Baltimore Oriole singing.  All three are first of seasons birds for our little townhouse.
