I birded Rock Run Mill (SusqSP) from 10-3. The area with a great deal of activity: the trail behind the line of pine trees that border the parking lot on the right in the Picnic Area on Stafford Rd. I saw the golden-winged nearby, in the trees btw Stafford Rd. and the picnic-area pond. I heard its song--hadn't heard or seen much of that bird since my years in MN where it's reasonably common. Of course, I had trouble believing the song, even tho it was perfectly distinct--the bird's "#1" song. Fortunately, I got a nice glimpse of the male. It's a distinct song but is also rather mundane--and if you're not hearing it regularly in the field, it's hard to be certain the source isn't a more common bird.

The Cerulean was singing a distinct, complete song--where Deer Creek hits the river. Prothonotary in the same vicinity.

Warblers:
CERULEAN (1, maybe a 2nd in the picnic area with a flimsy song)
GOLDEN-WINGED (1)
Prothonotary (1)
Black-Throated Blue (half dozen +)
Parula (lots)
Blue-Winged (1)
Yellow-Rumped (lots)
Yellow-Throated (couple)
Palm (1)
BlacknWhite (half dozen)
Redstart (many)
Ovenbird (half dozen)
Louisiana (half dozen)
Common Yellowthroat (lots)

Other nice birds:
Orchard Oriole (several, including 2 fighting males)
Osprey (putting on a good show, up and down low over the waters)
Bald Eagle
GC Flycatcher
Red-Eyed Vireo
White-Eyed Vireo
Warbling Vireo
Hairy Woodpecker
Catbird

What a great day--kind of surprised me. Figured it would be at least a few more days before it'd be this good. Good luck to the Harford birders tomorrow morning! May the leaves part to reveal the birds.
