Jeff Culler and I had a Glossy Ibis at Patapsco Valley SP--Daniels area this morning. We were about a mile up river from the parking area and saw the bird flying downriver, towards the parking area. We did not relocate the bird. If you are in the area it may be good to check any wet fields.

Also at Daniels were Worm-eating Warblers and a singing Hermit Thrush plus plenty of Wood Thrushes.

Lake Elkhorn - found by Michelle Stewart and re-found by a group of 4 of us (5/02 10:30 am) :

An adult Yellow-crowned Night-Heron was along the far treed shore this morning  near Ivory Hand area north of the small sandbar that was always there. It is best to view this bird from the north side of the lake, looking to the south shore.

Also an American Coot below the dam.
