Greetings

I visited Swan Harbor in Harford County on Saturday, May 1. I was there from about 0730 until 1030 or so. I made one circum-traverse around the impoundment with a side line out to the rear impoundment; below are the results (I am excluding the common species -in all I had 63 species in three hours). 
 
In the forest on the drive in:
 
Eastern Kingbird (1)
Red-eyed Vireo (1)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (10)
Wood Thrush (10 or more -very vocal)
Pileated Woodpecker (1)
 
Impoundments/Fields:
 
Pied-billed Grebe (2 heard -one near the photo blind / one in the NW corner)
American Bittern (1 seen 0 heard)
Least Bittern (1 seen)
Great Blue Heron (3)
Great Egret (1 flyover)
Glossy Ibis (1)
Osprey (1)
Bald Eagle (3)
Mallard (4)
Wood Duck (12+)
American Coot (2)
Sora (1 seen and heard)
Ring-billed Gull (5)
Caspian Tern (1) 
Least Sandpiper (10)
Semipalmated Sandpiper (2 -with the leasts good comparison of size, color, giss, etc.)
Lesser Yellowlegs (19)

Solitary Sandpiper (8)

Wilson's Snipe (15+ flushed every 50 feet or so around the pond's edge)
Tree Swallow (many many)
