I had a Dickcissel singing to off of Tanyard Road in Prince George's today. There is a hunter parking lot at the end of a dirt lane leading south. The entrance is not easy to see, it is a little west of the intersection with Nottingham. The bird was singing from a small tree at the edge of the southern field if you are standing in the parking area. I heard the bird sing several times, saw it from a distance, but when I got closer it dropped out of sight.
I spent some time a Merkle, highlights were 10 species of shorebird including Semi Sandpiper 1, Semi Plover 2, Pectoral 1, Snipe 1. First of year Eastern Pewee, Veery, and Northern Waterthrush. Also there was a White-crowned Sparrow frequenting the feeders and singing quite a bit.
